Hi, I'm Kerrie.
I genuinely love strategizing!
Give me a messy staffing structure, numbers that don't quite make sense, a leadership role that isn't working, or a system that everyone is supposed to follow but nobody actually does - and I'm going to want to pull it apart and work out why.
My background is a slightly unusual mix of business ownership, organizational leadership, behavior and psychology. I've led teams of more than 100 people, managed large organizations and budgets, led significant organizational change, built a successful Positive Behavior Support company, and helped other business owners work through their own staffing, financial and operational challenges.
That means I tend to look at business problems a little differently.
I don't just look at the numbers. Or the staff member. Or the process.
I want to know how all of it fits together - and what's actually happening for you.
